When participating in a prosperity teleclass with a dear friend of mine, my friend  sugggested creating a Prosperity Project to accomplish a task you want to complete, but have been procrastinating about. 

We talked about the power of clearing clutter and cleaning off desks and organizing offices – which I have intended to do for months – so I decided it to make it a Prosperity Project.

Saturday morning I cleaned everything off my desk and began organizing.  Almost the moment my desk was clear (making room for more, right?), I got a phone call from someone interested in my business and he signed up as an independent distributor on the spot.

Within 2 hours I got another phone call from another man also calling about my business.  He also signed up on the spot.

Here’s a couple of really interesting things.  Both men are from Canada; they don’t know each other.  Both men found me on the Internet and both men made comments to me like, “I think you will be a good leader and mentor to me.”

They both said almost the identical thing! 

My friend’s lesson on the teleclass was a nudge I needed to take action – and it payed off big time – so I wanted to pass this suggestion along to you too.

There are many areas of our lives where can Make Room For Success. 

For example, when your office or desk is cluttered with stacks of papers, where is the room for success?

If your closet is cluttered with clothing you no longer wear, where is the room for more?

If your garage is cluttered with stuff, where is the room for a new car?

When you begin to make room for what you want, it will begin to appear in your life as if by magic.

As I was meditating in my rocking chair on the back porch this week I felt inspired to create a new series of Law of Attraction Marketing Tips to share with you.

Recently when I sat down for my morning meditation I began to write affirmations as they came to me and what came to me was a series of “Today I am attracting…” affirmations.

I realized that I was getting clear on what I want to attract into my life… for when we are not clear on what we want to attract and do so deliberately, we are always attracting by default.

The Law of Attraction is at work at all times… not just when we want to use it.

Hmmm…. think about that.

If what we attract to us is a result of the thoughts we are thinking, and we are not conscious of the thoughts we are thinking, and therefore attracting whatever it is we are UN-consiously thinking, who knows what we will get?

It certainly will not be what we WANT to attract if we have not defined what it is we DO want to attract… right?

So, I share with you today the affirmations that came to me in the hope that they will be of benefit to you and to encourage you to decide every day what it is you want to attract to you.

You may use these affirmations as you please and also add your own to consciously attract what you want each day.

Today I am attracting motivated souls who want to make a difference in the world.

Today I am attracting people who are inspired to get into business with me.

Today I am attracting inspirational guidance to make the most of my day.

Today I am attracting new customers and business partners who have money and motivation.

Today I am attracting new income streams.

Today I am attracting new friends.

Today I am attracting resources to expand my business.

Today I am attracting wealth, abundance and well being.

Today I am attracting a greater love for myself.

Today I am attracting a clear mind.

Today I am attracting clarity.

Today I am attracting the ability to eliminate activities and beliefs that no longer serve my divine purpose.

Today I am attracting divine inspiration.

Developing Your Posture to be More Attractive

We all know what “posture” means.. standing erect, etc. But with regard to your business, your posture – your level of confidence and competence – determines how you are perceived by others. Developing posture takes training, dedication and time. Believe in yourself and your business, and until you do believe in yourself and your business, pretend you do! Practice confidence consciously and you will find that people are drawn to you and eager to learn from you.

When I first started my home-based business many years ago, I didn’t understand why no one took me seriously. I learned that it was because I had not yet developed my posture. I didn’t believe in myself so how could I expect anyone else to believe in me? Then one day I realized people were responding much more positively to me and my business began to grow! I mentioned it to one of my company leaders and she said “It’s your posture.” It was a great day for me! I have since learned that there are 4 levels on the way to achieving competence, which in turn develops posture.

Where are you on this great journey to developing your posture?

1. We are first unconsciously incompetent;
2. Then we are consciously incompetent;
3. Followed by unconsciously competent;
4. And finally, we achieve competence with assurance!

Two of my favorite ways of developing my posture are as follows:

1. 60 Second Commercial

Determine your weaknesses and the areas of your life that you would like to improve. Then write your “60 Second Commercial,” a statement of how you desire to be once you have overcome your weaknesses. Write it as if you have already accomplished your posture. For example, because many people have a fear of phone calls and doing follow up calls, you might include something similar to the following:

“I love making my follow up calls! I am really great talking to people about the products and the business. People trust me and respect my views and opinions. When I call people on the telephone, they are always glad to hear from me. I have no fear of failure or rejection. I have tremendous confidence in myself and my ability to help others achieve success.”

I taped my 60 Second Commercial to my bathroom mirror and read it to myself every morning and every night. It’s a powerful thing when you begin to believe what you are reading. and then it becomes reality.
 
2. Vision

I have learned that having a Vision, a description of the first day that you accomplish your goals. For example, if your goal is to quit your J.O.B. and go full time with your network marketing company, you might write your Vision to describe the first day you wake up and begin your adventure as a full time network marketer. Be sure to include sights, sounds smells, etc. Make it feel real. Then read your Vision to your self every day – even twice a day – until your vision becomes as real to you as your present. When your subconscious hears your Vision daily, it begins to believe it (I’ve heard that he subconscious mind cannot take a joke!) and therefore gets busy helping you to accomplish the goals and dreams contained in that Vision. This is very powerful. 

You will know when you have developed your posture because people will be ATTRACTED to you. It will impact every part of your life – personal and professional. I wish you every success on your journey to greater posture!
