The Value of Using Notepad in Marketing Online

One of the most beneficial ways to take advantage of the time spent to develop your offerings is to save your work in a Notepad document on your computer so that you can copy and paste it wherever you want to promote that product or service. You will save hours of time by creating the content once and using it over and over.
What is a Notepad document and why is it best to use?
Most people will find the Notepad program on your computer under All Programs and then Accessories (on a PC). It is a simple word processing text editor program which saves your content without codes or formatting, so when you copy and paste the text it takes on the format of the location where you are adding the text.
To format existing text in Notepad:
Copy or create the text you want to use into a new Notepad document. Click Edit or Format (depending on which version of Notepad you have) and UNcheck Wordwrap. Each paragraph of your text should appear as one long line in your Notepad document.
If the lines are broken, edit them so that each paragraph is just one long line.
Then click Edit or Format again and CHECK Wordrap. Now the text should appear as you want your prospects to view it. Make whatever revisions you need.
To create a NEW docment in Notepad:
Open a new Notepad document. Click Edit or Format (depending on which version of Notepad you have) and CHECK Wordwrap. Type your text as you want it to appear.
Now, before you copy your text into your email or advertising site, UNcheck Wordwrap and copy. Then paste your text in an email or wherever you are placing your message. Your prospect will get a perfectly formatted message every time!
Why does this work?
It works because everyone has the option to set their email program to wrap at whatever line length they prefer. So if they get your email which has lines set at a DIFFERENT length, the lines will break in all the wrong places.
BUT… if you format in Notepad and copy it from Notepad with Wordwrap UNchecked, and each paragraph being one long line, then the text will break with the line length designated by your prospect’s email program.
Perfect formattting!
And if you save quotes to share like I do, save them in a Notepad document, so when you copy and paste them into a social network, they take on the correct formatting.
Hope you find this helpful!
Many blessings.
In sincere appreciation,
